Fulfillment Policy
- Upon signing up, clients will receive a confirmation email with details on service execution.
- Services, including Google Ads campaign setup and management, are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
- Ongoing services are billed on a recurring basis, and clients receive regular updates on campaign performance.
Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If a technical issue on our end prevents service fulfillment, we will work to resolve it or offer an appropriate remedy.
Cancellation Policy
- We do not require long-term contracts—clients can cancel at any time.
- To ensure a smooth transition and avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, we recommend submitting cancellation requests at least 7 days before the next billing date.
- Once a payment has been processed for the next cycle, it is non-refundable.
